Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in chemical research and development.
• Demonstrated expertise in organic synthesis and reaction mechanism elucidation.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as NMR, MS, HPLC, and GC.
• Experience with project management and leading small technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, synthesis, and characterization of novel chemical compounds for various applications.
• Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficient resource management.
