Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in chemical process management, mainly in oil & gas.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a technical setting.
• Deep knowledge of oilfield chemicals, corrosion inhibitors, and production chemistry.

• Manage and direct all aspects of chemical production, quality control, and process troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize chemical usage and minimize waste in upstream and downstream operations.
