Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 9 years of progressive experience in process engineering, with focus on industrial/mineral processing.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and large projects.
• Strong proficiency with process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and process control systems.
• Knowledge of unit operations, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics and mass transfer.
• Experience with risk assessment and HAZOP studies.
• Professional registration with ECSA or equivalent is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the process engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Manage process-related capital projects from conceptualization through to commissioning.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for process performance monitoring.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and best practices in process engineering and advocate for their adoption.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and process control systems.
