  • 8+ years of industry experience in power electronics development.
  • Proven ability to design and bring high-power electronic products to market.
  • Experience with high-power converters and inverter systems exceeding 10kW.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes: design verification, compliance validation, certification, production launch.
  • Advanced knowledge across power electronics, control systems, thermal performance, magnetics, and PCB design.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop advanced power conversion systems exceeding 10kW.
  • Support all phases of product development: concept design, validation, certification, production release.
  • Define technical requirements and establish verification methodologies.
  • Conduct simulations, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations.
  • Ensure product compliance with relevant automotive and industrial regulations.
  • Support product qualification, homologation, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to solve complex engineering challenges.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of sophisticated power electronics projects from concept through commercialization. The successful candidate will work closely with hardware, firmware, systems, and mechanical engineering teams to develop reliable, compliant, and market-ready products while contributing to continuous innovation and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced power conversion systems exceeding 10kW.

Education
