Job summary

Network Finance seeks a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to lead the R&D team in developing advanced DC-DC and AC-DC power conversion solutions using SiC/GaN technologies. You will own converter architectures, topology choices, control loops, magnetic components, PCB design, and certification processes, mentoring junior engineers.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of experience in power electronics design, with hands-on experience in high-power development and proficiency in LTspice,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or Power Electronics required.
• Master's degree in Power Electronics, Energy Systems or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through to production and certification.
• Own power converter architecture and topology selection.
• Design control loops, compensation, and stability analyses.
• Develop magnetic components and PCB designs for high-power/ high-frequency use.
