Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a hands-on leader to own and evolve the Oracle EPM Cloud platform within our finance function. The role focuses on platform health, change control, and governance, while shaping how EPM integrates with data, automation, and AI tooling in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a technical team, manage updates and disaster recovery, and ensure readiness for budget cycles and period-end closes. Strong knowledge of Essbase and finance processes is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Significant experience owning or managing Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Proven experience leading a technical or application team.
• Experience with optimisation of calculation scripts.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, close processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EPM service and platform health.
• Drive roadmap, demand, and change management for EPM.
• Govern IT general controls and RACM entries for EPM.
• Coordinate with Finance and IT stakeholders to align on priorities.
