Job summary

Psybergate (Pty) Ltd is seeking an accomplished Senior Integration Lead to drive finance system integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC, and .NET-based interfaces. You will own the full integration lifecycle, coordinate multiple teams, and ensure robust testing, cutover execution and post‑production support.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in technology, strong API/messaging experience, and a proven track record leading technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years' relevant technology experience with enterprise integration.
• 5+ years in a Technical Lead, Solution Lead or Senior Engineering role.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations using APIs, messaging and/or file-based patterns.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong experience in at least one Microsoft stack, preferably .NET/C#, with solid SQL fundamentals.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage blockers and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination of Finance system integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC, .NET and downstream systems.
• Own end-to-end integration lifecycle from design to post-production support.
• Coordinate dependencies across Finance Tech, data platforms, reporting and operations.
• Maintain view of integration dependencies, owners, changes, testing and milestones.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration testing across Finance and downstream systems.
• Lead cutover planning and execution and ensure readiness of components and teams.
• Provide technical leadership for Oracle Fusion Cloud integration patterns and APIs.
• Review designs, configurations and code for standards alignment.
• Drive root-cause analysis and manage production issues to resolution.
• Ensure source control, CI/CD and controlled production deployments.
