Job summary

Samaha Consulting seeks an Oracle Fusion Cloud expert to lead the digital transformation of our infrastructure deployment lifecycle. You will design and optimize the end-to-end Capital Project Asset Lifecycle, ensuring build costs are tracked and capitalized into the asset register.

Responsibilities include configuring Project Costing, CIP templates, and project-driven procurement integration, with an emphasis on automating capitalization and integrating with Fixed Assets and GL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM (Project Costing and Project Billing).
• Proven track record delivering at least two full-lifecycle implementations involving capital projects or Build-to-Asset workflows.

• Configure CIP asset accounting templates within Project Costing to isolate and accumulate build costs.

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud expert to lead the digital transformation of our infrastructure deployment lifecycle. In this role, you will design and optimize our end-to-end Capital Project Asset Lifecycle (Build-to-Asset) framework. You will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, contractor labor, and logistics costs required to construct our corporate infrastructure are tracked via project budgets from inception, and seamlessly capitalized into our corporate asset register upon completion

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and configuration of Oracle Project Costing to track complex Capital Projects and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Configure Construction-in-Process (CIP) asset accounting templates within Project Costing to isolate and accumulate build costs.
• Establish automated workflows to execute the Capitalization Process, transferring finalized project expenditures seamlessly into Oracle Fixed Assets.
• Design the Project-Driven Supply Chain (PDSC) framework to bridge procurement activities with project financial structures.
• Configure Oracle Purchasing to ensure all material Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor invoices are correctly tagged with Project/Task attributes at the point of creation.
• Collaborate with Inventory teams to set up project-specific material issues, ensuring bulk inventory consumed at tower sites is accurately charged back to the specific build project.
• Configure Oracle Fixed Assets to handle post-construction management, including asset books, depreciation methods (Straight-Line, MACRS, etc.), asset retirements, and revaluations.
• Optimize the integration between Project Costing, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and the General Ledger to ensure zero manual intervention during accounting reconciliations.

Skills Requirement

• Proven track record of delivering at least two full-lifecycle implementations involving Capital Projects or Build-to-Asset flows in asset-heavy industries (Telecom, Utilities, Construction).
• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM), specifically Project Costing and Project Billing.
• Deep configuration knowledge of Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL)

Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Procurement/Purchasing and its integration with project accounting layers
