Qualifications

10+ years in software development with backend leadership experience.
Advanced .NET Core / C# for building scalable RESTful APIs.
Design distributed enterprise systems using Clean Architecture and SOLID.
Strong SQL Server design, indexing and performance tuning.
Experience implementing CI/CD with Azure DevOps and mentoring engineers.
Ability to articulate architectural decisions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and implement highly scalable backend services using .NET (C#) and optimize SQL Server databases.
Lead critical system design and architectural decisions for scalability and reliability.
Guide integration between backend services and Vue.js client applications.
Drive DevOps maturity, testing standards, and code quality improvements.
Mentor junior engineers and proactively identify technical risks with mitigation plans.
Collaborate across distributed teams and participate in architecture reviews.
