Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing large-scale engineering projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of complex mechanical systems and projects.
• Define engineering standards, best practices, and technical roadmaps.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning.
