Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years in mechanical product design with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of launching innovative mechanical products.
• Expert proficiency in CAD and simulation tools (Creo, SolidWorks, FEA, CFD).
• Strong manufacturing/process knowledge and DFM.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
