Key Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of advanced massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and aromatherapy.
• Conduct detailed client assessments to understand their physical and emotional wellness goals.
• Develop and implement personalized wellness and coaching plans for clients.
• Lead and mentor a team of massage therapists, providing training and performance feedback.
• Oversee the scheduling and operations of the massage therapy department.
• Maintain impeccable client records and ensure confidentiality.

• Manage inventory of massage oils, lotions, and other spa supplies.
• Contribute to the development of new spa services and wellness packages.

• Handle client feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements
