Job summary

Omnia Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Foreman for our operations in Mpumalanga. The role focuses on planning, supervising technicians, and implementing preventive maintenance for electrical and mechanical systems on site.

You will manage costs, inventories, and KPIs while ensuring strict safety standards are followed. You will report to the Maintenance Manager and work within the Operations unit across multiple site locations, contributing to continuous improvement and reliable plant

Qualifications

Grade 12.
Trade tested in Electrical/Mechanical.
Advanced Diploma / B Tech Electro-Mechanical; PLC Siemens certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule daily and weekly maintenance activities.
Supervise Maintenance Artisans.
Develop and monitor preventive maintenance programs for Electrical & Mechanical systems.
Manage internal maintenance projects and control maintenance cost, equipment and spares inventory.
Monthly reporting on KPIs.
Ensure compliance to all legal safety procedures and processes as prescribed to minimize risks.
Fulfil internal and external audits on site.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal plant performance.
