Qualifications

• Experience managing teams of 20–30 artisans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily maintenance operations.
• Drive preventative and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Minimise plant downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Skills

Trade Tested Artisan

Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills

Strong preventative and breakdown maintenance experience

Education

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related qualification
