You will diagnose mechanical/electrical/hydraulic issues, supervise the maintenance team and coordinate with production to minimize downtime while adhering to CMMS workflows and company standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance engineering in heavy industry, mining, or manufacturing.
• Experience with heavy machinery: excavators, loaders, crushers, conveyors.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with CMMS software.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Commitment to safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities
