Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience leading development teams and delivering complex software solutions.
• Proven mentoring and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of enterprise web and mobile applications.
• Participate in architecture, design, scoping, estimation, and planning activities.
