Qualifications

• Diploma in Software Development or related field.
• Preferred: IT/Software Development degree.
• 3–6 years software development experience with mentoring background.
• Practical AI experience and Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise software solutions.
• Work across the full SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices.
• Support AI-enabled functionality in business systems.
• Troubleshoot performance issues in high-availability environments.
• Contribute to development standards and deployment processes.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities for process improvement.
