Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years in industrial engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior analyst role.
• Proven expertise in process simulation software (AnyLogic, Simul8) and advanced statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of managing engineering teams and projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt desirable), and continuous improvement frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven expertise in process simulation software (e.g., AnyLogic, Simul8) and advanced statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of managing engineering teams and projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt certification highly desirable), and other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in the automotive supply chain or a similar high-volume manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is beneficial.
