This role is essential for driving process improvements, optimizing production systems, and ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and quality within the manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions that enhance productivity and reduce waste. You will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to achieve operational excellence. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced industrial engineer looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role requires full-time on-site presence in **Randburg**.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Design and improve factory layouts, workflows, and material handling systems.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work times and improve productivity.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support the implementation of new equipment and technologies in the production environment.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
