Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt certification highly desirable), and project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with simulation software and advanced data analysis tools.
