Placements24 is seeking a Lead HVAC Installation Specialist for our client in George, Western Cape. You will lead the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems, mentor junior technicians, and ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven expertise in installing and troubleshooting heat pumps, chillers and ventilation systems.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical documents.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (e.g., SAQCC Gas, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning).
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations pertaining to HVAC installations in George, Western Cape.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
