Qualifications

• NQF level 6 or 7 Engineering qualification (Mechanical or Electrical) with Thermodynamics and Electro Technology.
• Minimum post-graduate engineering experience with HVAC and auxiliary electrical power supplies.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
• Desirable business/leadership qualification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of building, plant and equipment.
• Manage and support technical projects within the hospital.
• Mitigate technical operations risk within the hospital.
• Oversee on-site contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure quality management and continuous improvement in Technical Operations.
• Manage stakeholder relations and client service.
• Lead and manage the technical team.
• Control department budget and finances.
