Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience teaching mathematics at high school level.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics pedagogy and curriculum development for secondary education.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated mathematics lessons aligned with national curriculum standards.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and critical thinking.
• Design and administer assessments to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Mentor junior mathematics teachers and provide pedagogical leadership.
