Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement conservation management plans for heritage sites and buildings in Cape Town .

• Liaise with provincial and local heritage authorities, statutory bodies, and stakeholders to secure approvals.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control for all assigned heritage architecture projects.

Requirements

• Professional Architect qualification (PrArch) and professional registration with SACAP.
