About the Role

Our client, a pioneer in sustainable geothermal energy solutions, is seeking an experienced Lead Geothermal Technician for their operations based in George, Western Cape. This crucial role involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of geothermal heating and cooling systems for commercial and residential properties. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of geothermal technicians, providing technical guidance and training.
• Oversee the installation of geothermal heat pump systems, including drilling, piping, and electrical connections.
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on geothermal systems.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Manage inventory of parts and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for operational needs.

Requirements
