Placements24 is seeking a visionary Lead Full Stack Developer in Gauteng to spearhead software development from concept to deployment for critical enterprise solutions. This role combines technical excellence with leadership to drive product roadmaps and operational efficiency.

You will lead a team of developers, architect scalable systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements while upholding high standards for quality, performance, and security.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive full stack development experience and project leadership.
• Proficiency in both front-end and back-end frameworks: React/Angular/Vue.js with Node.js/Java/Python/.NET.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database design and management.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, test, and deploy complex web applications and backend services.
• Architect robust and scalable solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
