Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and WCAG accessibility.
• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Babel), Git, and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing technical guidance and architectural oversight.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive, and performant user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional web pages.
• Implement and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in frontend development.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and techniques.
