Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years frontend experience with significant lead or senior capacity.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with Redux or Vuex and build tools like Webpack and Babel.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility and perf optimization.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a frontend team, fostering excellence and collaboration.
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance interfaces using React, Vue, or Angular.
• Define frontend standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into interactive interfaces.
