Placements24 in Vereeniging is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to enhance UI development for web applications. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to translate designs into functional code, and contribute to front-end architecture in a hybrid work setting.

The role offers mentoring of junior developers, staying updated with modern frameworks, and delivering high-performance interfaces across devices and browsers in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex) and build tools (Webpack).
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy sophisticated user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
