You will design engaging curricula, manage a dynamic classroom, and collaborate with parents and staff to support every child's developmental journey.

Qualifications

• A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE) with EYFS specialization.
• Experience teaching within the EYFS or a similar curriculum.
• Knowledge of child development theories and best practices for young learners.
• Proven ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Excellent classroom management and positive behavior support.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and parents.
• First Aid certificate and willingness to undergo background checks.
• Passion for fostering love of learning in young children.
• Familiarity with assessment tools for early years education.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality early years education according to EYFS.
• Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom activities and routines.
• Observe, monitor and document children's progress; provide individualized support as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with children and their social-emotional development.
• Communicate with parents providing updates and engagement.
• Collaborate with educators and staff on integrated learning.
• Prepare and organize learning resources and materials.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, safeguarding policies.
