Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Significant experience in early years with leadership capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the EYFS curriculum.
• Lead and support a team of Early Years educators with supervision and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards for childcare.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, resources, and parent communication.
• Assess program effectiveness and implement improvements.
