Job summary

Pavago is seeking an exceptionally organized Project Manager to oversee ERRCS projects from bid through closeout. You will coordinate documentation, construction requirements, contractors, vendors, customers, engineers, and AHJs, while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has U.S. commercial construction PM experience, strong organization, and attention to detail, with proficiency in project documents, permits, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and vendors.
• Strong understanding of U.S. construction workflows and codes.

Responsibilities

• Review and log incoming bid requests in the project management/CRM system.
• Review construction plans, drawings, specifications, and project manuals.
• Coordinate with AHJs to confirm enforcement, testing, plan review, permitting, and inspection requirements.
• Coordinate RFQs with RF engineers, installers, equipment distributors, and other vendors.
• Prepare and maintain installer work orders and project documentation.
• Coordinate project invoicing and supporting documentation.
