• Minimum 5 years of firmware and hardware development experience.
• Experience across the product development lifecycle from concept to deployment.

• Design, develop, implement, and test embedded firmware solutions.
• Analyse hardware and firmware systems with engineering teams.
• Deliver firmware and hardware projects on time and to quality standards.
• Develop and execute formal testing plans and document results.
• Investigate system errors and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and enhance existing firmware for reliability.
• Support adoption of new technologies through firmware/system enhancements.
• Document systems and processes; share knowledge and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure compliance with standards.
