Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an embedded systems engineer for a Midrand location. The role focuses on developing software for embedded platforms using C/C++ and Python, with exposure to RTOS and microcontrollers. Experience with debugging, testing and software verification will be advantageous.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and be able to work independently as well as in multidisciplinary teams in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• Knowledge of embedded programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of embedded systems architecture and software development principles.
• Experience with firmware development, debugging, and testing methodologies will be advantageous.
• Exposure to real-time operating systems (RTOS), microcontrollers, and communication protocols will be beneficial.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
