Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with power systems/renewables.
• Over 10 years in electrical engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role focused on renewable energy.
• Demonstrated expertise in solar PV and/or wind turbine electrical systems.
• In-depth knowledge of grid interconnection standards and power electronics.
• Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects from concept to commissioning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
