Job summary

The Recruitment Pro is seeking a Foreman – Earthworks & Bridges for a major West Africa civil project. You will supervise earthworks and bridge construction, lead site teams, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.

This rotational role offers a competitive USD salary, accommodation provided, and a generous leave cycle, with two trips home per year (36 days). South African staff may receive three trips home per year depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman on major earthworks or bridge projects.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Experience on large civil/road infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily earthworks and bridge construction activities.
• Lead site teams to ensure work is safe, efficient and to specification.
• Coordinate labour, equipment and materials.
• Monitor productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Report site progress and issues to project management.
