Placements24 is seeking an experienced Early Learning Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Kimberley facility. You will lead a team of educators, drive curriculum implementation, and uphold the highest standards of care and education.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or Management.
• Significant supervisory/management experience in an early learning center.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development, pedagogy and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the early learning center, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of early childhood educators, conducting performance reviews and professional development.
• Oversee the implementation of the curriculum, ensuring it meets educational standards and developmental needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and fostering partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage center resources, including budget, supplies, and facility maintenance.
