Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive drilling engineering experience with proven leadership capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of drilling fluids, cementing, well control, directional drilling, and completion technologies.

• Develop and manage comprehensive drilling plans, including well design, casing programs, and directional drilling strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of drilling engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
