Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using best practices in IaC (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Oversee the implementation and management of container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
• Develop and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Ensure the security and compliance of cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new DevOps tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to the overall strategy and roadmap for DevOps practices within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or system engineering roles.
• Proven experience leading DevOps teams and initiatives.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their services.
• Strong expertise in containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
