Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the DeFi platform.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify new product opportunities and requirements.
• Translate product strategy into detailed product specifications, user stories, and roadmaps.
• Prioritize product features and development efforts based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and legal teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Oversee the development, launch, and iteration of DeFi products, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
• Develop and monitor key product metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Engage with the DeFi community, gather feedback, and foster user adoption.
• Manage the product backlog and agile development processes.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, regulations, and innovations in the DeFi and blockchain space.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers and contribute to team development.
• Ensure product compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• An MBA or relevant Master's degree is a strong plus.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years specifically focused on decentralized finance (DeFi) or blockchain products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex financial or technology products.
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, concepts (e.g., AMMs, lending protocols, yield farming, DEXs), and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Familiarity with smart contract development, tokenomics, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Experience working with agile development methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in user research, market analysis, and product strategy development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous startup environment.
