About the Role

This key role, located in Sandton, Gauteng , will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our suite of DeFi products. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, and business development teams to deliver world-class decentralized financial solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users. We are looking for a passionate individual with a deep understanding of DeFi protocols, market dynamics, and product development lifecycle, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DeFi products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify new opportunities and product requirements.

• Prioritize product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a significant focus on Decentralized Finance (DeFi) products.
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, concepts (e.g., AMMs, lending protocols, yield farming), and the blockchain ecosystem.
• Experience in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to transform financial services.
