Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Blockchain Developer to spearhead DeFi protocol design, development, and deployment. This fully remote role requires guiding a team of engineers, delivering scalable, secure solutions, and shaping technical strategy in the crypto space.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of software experience with 4+ years in DeFi, strong Solidity expertise, and a solid track record of launching DeFi products. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years on blockchain and smart contract development in DeFi.
• Expertise in Solidity and EVM-compatible chains.
• Proven track record of architecting and launching DeFi products or protocols.
• Deep understanding of DeFi primitives, tokenomics, and financial mathematics.
• Experience with development tools like Hardhat, Truffle, and Web3 libraries.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices for smart contracts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of DeFi protocols and smart contracts using Solidity.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to blockchain engineers.
