The ideal candidate has 7+ years of software experience with 4+ years in DeFi, strong Solidity expertise, and a solid track record of launching DeFi products. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

• Expertise in Solidity and EVM-compatible chains.

• Experience with development tools like Hardhat, Truffle, and Web3 libraries.
