Responsibilities

• Manage custom & special data setups and maintain relationships with data providers and clients.
• Drive high-volume data processing using internal platforms to meet SLAs.
• Resolve complex data processing and pipeline failures independently before escalations.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Data Engineers, Data Integration and Data Visualization teams to translate requirements into scalable systems.
• Optimize operations with workflow enhancements and continuous process improvements across the data lifecycle.
• Mentor and lead junior analysts on data management standards and tools.
