Placements24 seeks an innovative Lead Curriculum Developer to guide the creation and refinement of educational programs at a Randburg institution. You will oversee the full curriculum lifecycle, from design to evaluation, leading subject matter experts and educators to ensure curricula meet standards and strategic goals.

You will influence pedagogy, assessments, and student outcomes while staying abreast of emerging trends in education.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Education, Curriculum Design, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in curriculum development and instructional design, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience in managing complex curriculum projects and leading teams of professionals.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and educational assessment.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and ongoing review of academic curricula across various disciplines and educational levels.
• Manage and mentor a team of curriculum specialists and subject matter experts, fostering collaboration and high-quality output.
• Ensure that all curriculum materials are aligned with national educational standards, learning objectives, and institutional goals.
