You will lead a team of designers, developers and content creators, shaping creative direction and driving ambitious projects in the digital arts and entertainment space.

The role combines hands-on production oversight with strategic storytelling, budget management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in creative production or digital project management within arts/entertainment
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong production management skills across complex digital projects
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles for digital experiences
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills for leading diverse teams
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira)
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute creatively

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scopes, timelines and budgets for digital projects.
• Lead and mentor designers, developers and content creators.
• Conceptualize and pitch innovative digital experiences and campaigns.
• Oversee the entire production lifecycle from brief to post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with vision and objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to brand guidelines across outputs.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to drive innovation
