Publicis Groupe Africa is seeking an experienced Art Director in Johannesburg to lead creative concepts across digital, print and multimedia, ensuring brand consistency and high quality deliverables.

You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and a talented team of designers, copywriters, editors and writers, guiding projects from concept to delivery and driving innovation, while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Proven experience in a senior art direction or similar creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, print, and multimedia design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaborative skills.

Mansioni

• Work in partnership with the Creative Director to develop, execute and oversee creative concepts.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, editors and other team members to ensure cohesive and high-quality deliverables.
• Lead and inspire a team of designers and editors in creating visually striking and brand-consistent material.
• Align with the Creative Director to oversee the visual development of creative assets.
• Produce compelling designs & storyboards for digital, print, and multimedia.
• Self-management across multiple projects, timelines, and priorities efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into projects.
• Review, receive and implement feedback to maintain quality and consistency.
