As a Lead Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions across major platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native solutions across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Define cloud strategy, roadmap, and best practices for the organization.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and services.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development and operations teams on cloud technologies and methodologies.
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies and services to improve performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, standards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements in the cloud environment.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on cloud architecture and design.
• Proven experience designing and deploying complex solutions on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud networking, security, identity management, and cost optimization strategies.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, serverless computing, and data engineering in the cloud.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Experience in the Banking & Finance sector is a significant advantage.
