Qualifications

• B.Pharm degree and SAPC registration.
• Minimum of 6 years clinical pharmacy experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy, drug interactions and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert pharmaceutical care including medication reconciliation, patient counseling and therapeutic drug monitoring.
• Develop and implement clinical pharmacy programmes (e.g., anticoagulation management and antibiotic stewardship).
• Supervise and mentor junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans.
• Participate in medication use evaluations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations and institutional policies.
