About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Lead Civil Engineer with expertise in Structural Design to join their fully remote team. In this senior capacity, you will take ownership of the structural integrity and design aspects of complex building and infrastructure projects. You will lead design efforts, mentor a team of structural engineers, and collaborate with architects and project managers to deliver innovative and safe structural solutions. This role requires a visionary engineer capable of driving design excellence and ensuring adherence to the highest technical standards, all while working effectively in a distributed, virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process for a variety of projects, including commercial buildings, bridges, and industrial facilities.
• Develop and review detailed structural calculations, drawings, and specifications using advanced analysis software.
